Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed at the requested dates,
assuming
availability, upon receipt of a
50% of the
rental.
A booking is not
considered firm until your cashier's check has been received.
The
balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations made
within 2 months of arrival require full payment at the time of booking
&
may require
expedited mailing.
For cancellations, all deposits
are refundable minus a 10% handling fee as long as we are able
to
re-rent to alternate approved guests.
